CUSTOM BIOTHANE LEASH Hot Pink

The BioThane® Beta 520 standard product is a PVC coated polyester webbing with a matte finish and 'leather' embossed grain surface. The feel is soft and flexible. BioThane webbing is waterproof, durable, UV resistant, weldable, and easy to clean. A great leather alternative for pet products, dog collars, leashes, belts, leads, strapping, equine saddlery tack, and more.

Hardware is made from solid low lead brass and goes through a CASS, or accelerated wear test to ensure product longevity.

"PVD is a highly accurate plating process carried out in high vacuum environments at temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees C. It produces an extremely (emphasize EXTREMELY) durable finish to prevent scratching. Typically, black hardware that is found in the marketplace is not PVD, and is generally considered a black spray paint causing it to chip and scratch off within days. PVD plating is the process used to plate high end watch hardware, golf clubs, etc., and the only successful way to make a black that will not wear off."

To clean your BioThane leash - warm water and soap will work well. You also can dab the BioThane with a small amount of rubbing alcohol.
